Client Evaluations

This head unit has quite a few characteristics, and for a person who does not have any CD's is an extraordinary worth. IT DOES NOT PLAY CD'S, so make sure you have your music on a flash drive or your telephone. In this day of age, I feel CD's are mainly obsolete anyways. An mp3 with a very good sampling rate will sound great, and you can store literally thousands of them on a 32gb flash drive, or on an sd card on your telephone.
Front/Rear USB
Bluetooth Streaming
Bluetooth Calling
Front Auxiliary input
2 RCA Jacks (Front, Rear/Sub)
I am operating this in an S-10 Blazer Xtreme that has a five.three v8 in it with a loud exhaust, so I wanted anything a tiny alot more than the factory unit to punch by means of the engine rumble. I use this telephone in conjunction with a flash drive, and my Droid X. It really is good to be able to stream the music on my phone, but keep it plugged in to charge on my charger. This is the primary reason I bought it. A plus is it also has Pandora Droid assistance, supposedly, despite the fact that I have not tried it. I use it with all Sony speakers, nothing high excellent like some of my prior systems, but I am not going for super high end on this... just a reasonable technique that can be heard over my v8.
It has ample EQ adjustments for getting the sounds just suitable, and ample color adjustments for a nice aesthetic.
Ultimately, I would acquire this unit once more. It was in between this and a larger high quality Kenwood unit for practically $70 a great deal more that had blue-tooth streaming. $70 improved spent on an amp or subs

Replaced a receiver that was about 6 years old and was seeking for a single with an external mic for Bluetooth as they preform better on calls. Installation was fairly quick as I currently was making use of an aftermarket radio. External mic was placed on the headliner so it would be the closest to my mouth for much better voice pickup.
My Samsung Focus S paired easily with this device and lots of capabilities are accessible. To spot calls you can either use the buttons and knobs to browse your phone book or hold the call button to activate the voice function built-in to windows phones. Texting is also a breeze, if you have speech setting on, as it reads the messages and you can voice your response without having touching the telephone. For private conversations or exiting your automobile its one button to switch the call over from Bluetooth to the phone.
As several have stated this does not incorporate a cd player, which is fine for me as I listen to music and podcasts from my phone. I still have to test other music apps that are available on windows phones like lastfm and spotify.
A week with this receiver and I could not be happier, do not know how I lived without having Bluetooth before.
