3. The sound controls are particularly simple.

I'm satisfied with Amazon customer service but not with this BOSS.

this indash receiver is wonderful for the price. you get a dvd,am/fm radio, cd-rw mp3,sd card, and usb multi-decoding plus it plays videos by way of usb or sd storage. this model has only 3 functioning modes wich are radio,cd,sd/usb.....it does not include things like gps, tv, bluetooth,or cd changer solution. but that does not matter it has alot of alternatives for each and every of the sources, it capabilities separate bass and treble and balance and loud enhance.the touch screen feature is also fairly responsive just know that you will not be producing any adjustments whereas driving, the main menu lets you adjust the screen brightnes and contrast, when playing a dvd film it has one other brightnes and contrast level, it is just especially effectively put except for the gui its a bit crappy. the output level is okay it does not create distorted sound, it is rather well balanced, i recomend this receiver considering that it has a low value and has adequate features to claim its own braging rights.
